Leah Dorrian
Washington D.C. born 1995
BA Graphic Design, University of Maryland, BC
Leah’s artwork is a form of communication that shares a reverence for spirituality, mathematical beauty, mystery, divinity, and the wonders of nature.
Her inspiration is drawn mostly from the natural world, when she ventures to stunning locations to paint en plain air. From these realistic landscape paintings, Leah also draws a bridge from the physical to the ethereal realm to create surreal paintings that include many dimensions of life. Her surrealistic works are embedded with symbols and messages that invite the viewer to contemplate the intrinsic nature of the human experience and the vast possibilities of imagination.
Venturing deep into the mind and into nature, Leah’s art captures the reverberations of what she discovers and wishes to share with the collective consciousness- to inspire the love of mystery, wonder, and peace.
